PDF Document Management 1: Insert a New PDF Page

You can create or insert a Blank PDF Page into current PDF document and then insert new text, check, image or form fields inside.
For example, you can scan your paper form into image, then insert the image into a blank page. After that, type text anywhere or insert PDF form fields. You can change this blank PDF page's size, orientation and background color.
Here are the steps on how to Insert a New PDF Page:
1. Create a new Blank PDF Page:
Here are the steps to create a new blank PDF page:
- Choose Menu File > Select New Project with Blank Page
- If you have open a PDF document inside PDFill, Choose Menu Document > Blank Page > Select Insert Blank Page After Current Page or Before Current Page
- Choose Menu File > Select Insert Image from Scanner
A dialog for the New Blank Page Properties will come up. You can decide the page size or background color. You can set the default page size and hide this dialog later.

PDF Page Size
Select the PDF Page size
Portrait or Landscape
The orientation of PDF page
Width or Height
The size of the PDF page
Background Color
The background color of the PDF page
Set this page as Default and Hide the window in the future If Set, a new blank PDF page will use this saved page size. This property dialog will not show up. Clear the default page size and Show the window Clear the saved default page size so that this dialog will show up to ask the new page information. Always Scan into a new Blank Page If set, the scanned image will appear into a new blank page. If not set, the scanned image will appear into the current PDF in an open PDF document. For the Auto Feed Scanner to scan multiple pages into PDFill, it will be convenient if you set this option and set this page as the default.
